Project Quantity Surveyor - Developer - £50k / £60k

My Client are a newly established developer with a large land bank in West London they are developing over the next 3 years. The project has 300 units, commercial & retail space, a double basement for car parking & plant and associated landscaping and infrastructure.
My client will be on site late January with demolition being currently undertaken.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor is looking to employ a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage some key packages down stream. Initially these would include the excavation and cladding packages with others to follow.

The successful candidate must have previous experience for either a main contractor delivering large residential schemes or experience working for a UK Developer. The client has asked that the candidate have experience of working on central London / UK City Centre developments in order to qualify.

The company are part of a well known construction organisation, this forming part of their development arm. They have a structured program to develop the project quantity surveyor into a lead surveyor and beyond
