An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager for a new home which is currently being built in the Cambridge area. Reporting to the Area Manager you will provide leadership and management to the staff team whilst ensuring that the home operates within all regulatory requirements and that it maintains the highest standards.

Applicants must be RNLD or RMN (or equivalent), with a recognised management qualification and have a minimum of 2 years management experience within a care home setting (ideally a learning disabilities service). You must have experience of successful change management, financial management and a proven track record in auditing standards and quality assurance systems
