We are looking for an established Project Manager to join a leading public sector client based in West Yorkshire. You will be working on a organisation wide system implementation project within the IT and Digital departments as part of their Business Change and Technical projects. Applicants must have experience using VLE (virtual learning environment)

Key Skill Set

* Experience of "hands on" project management and the ability as standalone Project Manager as well as part of a programme
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to analyse complex situations and deliver appropriate solutions
* Experience working within public sector
* Ability to manage a team of technical and business employees to ensure effective delivery of projects and improvement activities
* Experience of working on systems implementation
* Experience of D2L or Canvas Implementation
* Prince 2 Project Management Qualification at Practitioner level OR DSDM v2 Practitioner
* Experience of personally managing multiple major projects through the full lifecyle from planning through to operational embedding
* Strong stakeholder management experience with strong influencing skills
* Hold strong initiative
* Tenacity
