Maloy & Flynn are now recruiting for a Branch Manager based in Burton upon Trent for our client, a leading trade specialist.

Main responsibilities:
Manage the day to day running of the branch
Offer outstanding levels of customer service
Develop strong relationships and increasing sales
Work with all key customers to build on strong working relationships and to improve on all areas of supply satisfaction
Help to plan and implement sales & marketing strategy
Help develop a team culture throughout the organization

The ideal candidate:
Must have managerial experience within the trade industry
Ability to communicate at all levels
Demonstrate a positive attitude to all colleagues, customers and suppliers
Strive for 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction

Our client offers a competitive salary of £30,000 plus 6k car allowance. Monday Friday, 7am 5:30pm working hours and also Saturdays 8am-12.30pmwhich will be on a rota.
