Our client a large waste disposal company are currently looking for a Mobile Service Engineer to cover Hampshire, Basingstoke, Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton & Kingston-Upon-Thames.

The company manufacture green products and green energy using waste, waste water and wasted heat as a resource mine. They provide tailored solutions for industry or municipalities to help them save and preserve resources.

The successful candidate will be required to pro-actively undertake daily operational and maintenance routines of Energy centre equipment; including steam boilers, LTHW systems and associated equipment. Maintain and manage effectively with minimum supervision of new and existing equipment. Carry out reactive and planned maintenance whilst delivering consistent customer service in line with company values. Carry out all works in line with health and safety policies, this may include supervision of contractors, permit to work and risk assessment. You will be required to carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment, carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant and equipment, complete service reports and associated paperwork and provide an appropriate response to emergency situations.
To enable you to carry out this role you must hold a qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance, have experience maintaining and repairing equipment in total compliance with job specifications. Liaise and cooperate with sub-contractors and other visiting service disciplines. Be pro-active and capable of anticipating potential faults. Have a proven good record of health and safety performance and able to write and follow risk assessments for specific tasks, able to follow method statements and amend as required. As this role is a mobile role, you must have a Full Driving licence.
