Property Valuer

Location: Bedworth

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 Basic, Plus OTE £30k

Hours:Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, every other sat 9am to 1pm

Valuing role incorporating some viewings, negotiation and any other support need within the business and office. Main role to represent the company to the highest levels, secure/win and generate market appraisal opportunists and win listings.

Our client like hybrid/dual skilled valuers so someone with knowledge of lettings, its laws, property management services etc would have a distinct advantage but we can train. The successful candidate will work directly with and support the office manager/business partner.

Our clients Bedworth branch is a clear market leader within the town and has been for some time. Therefore, they do need someone with experience - a highly motivated individual who is committed, reliable and eager, a team player but also able to think, react and create opportunities individually and most importantly - develop and maintain relationships with clients new and old and uphold our standards and professionalism.
