The Role

The Graduate Party Wall Surveyors' duties will include;

* Schedules of Condition
* Party Wall Notices
* Party Wall Awards
* Design Work

The Successful Graduate Party Wall Surveyor

This is a role ideal for a Graduate Party Wall Surveyor or Building Surveyor seeking a more niche role or not being given the workload required in their current position

* 12 months Private Practice/Consultancy Building Surveying/Party Wall experience
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
* Experience in dealing with Professional Building Surveying matters ideal
* Client facing
* Committed to career progression
* Strong communication skills
