Rollover is the leading hot dog company with a wide range of customers (inc Cineworld, Manchester United, Sodexo, McColls, Morrisons, Asda, JD Wetherspoon). We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Co-Ordinator in the South & South East to sell our (Rollover) range of hot food to go! You will focus on the Convenience Retail, Leisure and Independent Channels.
The role will be split between working in the field and being office-based in Slough allowing for an exciting and diverse working opportunity. Within the office you will be dealing with, pursuing and distributing new leads in a variety of leisure areas- including some scope within telesales and will manage a total portfolio across the whole of the UK. Alternatively, when in the field the candidate would have the opportunity to occupy a more traditional sales role- visiting customers, checking in to previous clients, servicing and maintaining local Rollover partners in the more immediate & local South/ South-East area. The successful candidate would have access to a company car and has the ability to be included within the Kerry Food's comprehensive bonus scheme.

The Sales Co-ordinator is required to sell our successful range of hot food to go concepts focussing mainly in the convenience retail, leisure and independent channels. In addition to the basic KPI's a small regional set of accounts including nationally recognised convenience retailers and top 4 grocers will have outlets that need support and developing as part of managing a defined territory. The Sales Co-ordinator will be responsible for distributing and converting incoming leads from promotions / advertising & exhibitions. The role will also require an element of cold calling and researching for specific channel information. The Sales co-ordinator will also be required to support all territories when required.
Key responsibilities:
* Achieving & Exceeding targets within both Convenience Retail & Foodservice.
* Achieving & Exceeding targets for new business
* Supporting current stockists with staff advocacy, training, sampling and POS support
* Building and monitoring a sales pipeline
* Execution of installations in all outlets
* Resolving customer queries and issues whilst working closely with internal colleagues
* Producing key customer reports on a regular basis along with territory planning
* Building close working relationships with key customer management teams
* Attending and setting up trade show stands and other functions
* Full and accurate use of Caterlyst CRM system
* Work with the external sales team to maximize sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
* Research and develop new areas and customer accounts.
* Proactively follow up leads and incoming calls to maximize brand potential
* Provide cover / additional support to existing territories as and when required
Basic KPI's:
* % Increase in Sales each quarter v previous year within Convenience Retail on Territory and entire Field Sales Team
* % Increase in Sales each quarter v previous year within Leisure / Independents on Territory and entire Field Sales Team
* Achieving a quarterly new business target
* Regular usage of CRM database
Key Skills & Attributes:
The ideal candidate would have some sales experience, preferably within Field sales with a keen ability to self-manage themselves and their workload. An ability to conduct their own administration would be key as well as a flexibility and keen-ness toward the travel involved in this exciting role. As a result a full-UK Drivers license is necessary.
