Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Hours : You will be required to work on a shift rotation, 38.5 hours between 8am 8pm

The Customer Service Role:

As a customer service adviser, you will be talking to customers in a professional manner, you will be taking a variety of calls from new and existing customers dealing with their insurance queries, the calls will be a mixture of inbound and outbound.

Main Responsibilities for the Customer Service Role:

* To manage calls effectively ensuring customer needs are met.
* Talking to new and existing customers dealing with their queries and persuade them to take out full subscription
* Advising customers with information on their policy and highlighting the best deal for them

Required Experience for the Customer Service Role:

* To be considered for the customer service role, you must have the ability to hold a conversation and happy to talk over the phone to be able to rapport build with the customers
* You will need to readily adapt to the ethos of the brand & promote this to the customers at all
* You will need to be able to show empathy, patience, guidance and general have a happy attitude!
* The ideal customer service adviser would have experience in a previous insurance environment is highly desired but not essential
* You must have experience in either a customer service, sales or call centre environment
