This dedicated structural consultancy based in Stevenage are looking to stengthen their drawing capability by appointing a senior Building Structures Technician who is willing and able to work in a structural environment whilst learning and developing the use of Revit/BIM. They operate to BIM Level 2.

They work on a broad range of projects, mainly based in London, of both a new build and a refurbishment nature. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of engineers on a huge range of projects up to £92m and will be closely involved in how the projects develop and are delivered.

To be considered you will be coming from a building structures background and be fully competent in CAD. Ideally you will have had some exposure to revit but it is not essential. You must be seeking a permanent position and have a stable employment history with good experience working on similar projects in a consultancy environment.

They are in a position to offer full training to the incoming technician on revit/BIM and it will be integral to the role that this is taken onboard and developed over the coming years. Obviously if you are already fully Revit proficient they would like to hear from you too.

They have good transport links and plenty of local parking so they are very accessible. They work flexi time and have a great working environment.
