Our client has an enviable reputation for building beautifully designed homes across the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire area.
Due to the continued growth and success of this well established developer, an opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join their construction team to drive production and quality.
You will oversee several developments to ensure key dates are met, quality standards are met, contractors are performing and that health and safety is paramount on site. You will chair pre-start meetings and performance meetings, liaise with external authorities and suppliers to support the site teams in achieving their goals.

You must have a proven track record in House Building, together with enthusiasm, energy and leadership skills to promote a positive culture within your team.
