We are currently looking for an ambitious and outgoing individual from a business development, Umbrella payroll or Recruitment background to join a vibrant, market leading Payroll Solutions Provider company. With competitive earnings and progression potential this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is sales driven and motivated to excel in their career.

You will need to be a genuine new business hunter with a resilience and drive, whilst still being able to maintain great relationships with all clients brought on board. The client is a major player in the Umbrella industry and are continually growing and expanding their sales team, offering fantastic growth and progression opportunities.

As a Business Development Manager you will spend your time developing a strong network of accounts within the recruitment sector. You will be responsible for building success with clients, by networking and taking a genuine interest in building relationships.

Starting internally, this role will then progress in to a field based position where you will sit appointments with clients to secure and develop relationships at the highest level.

The candidate must be vibrant and a genuine people person. The ideal candidate Business Development Manager will:

- Have sales/recruitment experience and have won key accounts
- Have experience of winning new business and nurturing relationships to retain these accounts
- Be charismatic and enjoy entertaining clients
- Have a background in business development, the Umbrella industry or recruitment

This opportunity offers a fantastic benefits package including;

- Up to £25k basic
- £35k OTE Year One
- Uncapped commission
