Konnect Recruit are currently seeking a Customer Care Operative for a small housing developer with sites around North Hampshire and Surrey. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a multi trade role with exceptional customer care capabilities.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage the high-quality finishing aspects of high-end homes working to tight deadlines to ensure the development is completed to the highest standard and handed over snag free.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for snagging
- Organising sub-contractors
- Completing the necessary snag lists
- Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental stands
- Reporting the progression of the site to the Site Manager.

The Person:
The Successful candidate should have qualifications and skills including:
- CSCS card
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Assertive and calm under pressure
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to comfortably supervise all onsite staff
- Displays of discretion
- First aid trained

Price / Salary: £30000 - £33000/annum Plus Package
