Sales Negotiator, required in Wokingham, Berkshire



Monday Friday + Saturdays on rota

Our client, a local established high performing, Award Winning independent Estate Agent are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic, energetic and professional team.

Responsibilities:

Meet & greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic manner
Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties & keep them updated
Book viewings & valuations
Attend viewings
Negotiating offers
Keep both vendor and buyer updated on sale process throughout

Requirements:

Experience working within Estate Agency as a sales negotiator
Proven track record of generating new business
Energetic, enthusiastic & driven individual

Full clean UK drivers licence and own transport
