Accounts Assistant

Your new company
Though part of a wider group, a small finance team based in Ringwood are looking for an experienced AAT accounts assistant to join their outgoing team. As a company they nurture and encourage their talented staff with strong training and an opportunity to become involved in future finance projects.

Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts for both management and statutory purposes. Your role will encompass the following tasks; posting invoices to purchase orders, raising and obtaining authorisation for payments, requesting credit notes and raising queries in accordance with stated policies and procedures. Dealing with all cash matters i.e. Banking etc Bank Reconciliations Analysis and summary of employee expenses & credit cards.

What you'll need to succeed
Having worked within an accountancy environment, you will be an experienced accounts assistant looking at joining a small, involved finance team. You will be presently studying or have recently completed your AAT.

A competitive salary of up to £25,000 is being offered for an experienced candidate.
