The Company

Our large client is looking to expand their commercial team for building and infrastructure works based in Oxford. The company itself has a history of successfully completing large building, civils and infrastructure projects.

They are looking for a Commercial/ Quantity Surveyor.

Main duties

These will include:

Advising the project teams on every aspect of their contractual terms and conditions
*

Assessing work order estimates, quotes, target prices and final account settlements
*

Developing commercial relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

*

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
*

More than 5 years experience working for a building contractor.
*

Exposure to industrial, factories or distribution centres.
*

Exceptional knowledge of the construction process, contract documentation and administration

As with all technical professions, relevant and transferable field experience is of major significance.

Price / Salary: £30000 - £40000/annum
