A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Outreach Worker.

You will be working for one of the largest providers of specialist care for Children and Young People. Working for a very stable and well established organisation, the successful candidate will be joining the group at a very exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future progression and development opportunities.

As a Senior Outreach Worker you will be responsible for the Young Person leaving care. You will provide support, guidance and advice to young people in all areas of daily life. You will empower and support young people to overcome various challenges, you will help integrate young people into their community and deliver a high quality tailored service to the young people in your care.

Qualifying candidates:
- Must have an online DBS on the update service
- Have at least 2 year experience in Youth Work
- Must have a driving license with your own car
- You will be required to add Business insurance to your insurance
- Hold an NVQ or equally recognised qualification in Health and Social Care

This is a full time position with a salary of £18,990 plus benefits. You may do 1 sleep-in per week which are paid at £35 per sleep = an extra £1,820 per year.
