Our client, a thriving business with head office in Hertford are looking to source an immediately available Payroll Clerk. The role will initially be on a short term contract until the end of the year however there may be further opportunities within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Processing monthly employee expenses on Web Expenses
-Collating and preparing monthly payroll information
-Processing starters, leavers and other changes to payroll as required
-Provide pension information to 3rd party
-Processing relevant payroll deductions
-Dealing with payroll queries in an efficient manner
-Assisting the accounts team with various tasks during periods of annual leave
-Assisting with ad hoc requests from senior management team
Previous experience in a similar role will be essential and the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with good Excel skills. Due to the urgent nature of the role our client will only be able to consider candidates who are immediately available to start.
