Our Situation: We are a high performing team within Maloy & Flynn Recruitment that specialise in placing technical engineers into large food/automotive& logistics companies nationwide.

The Problem: Our Engineering clients want us to deliver on non engineering positions for them; we do not have any further capacity to directly work on these due to having priorities in other areas.

The Solution - YOU: We want to recruit a skilled Resourcer that can introduce great people to a multitude of vacancies across the UK.

With both salary and commission taken into account, our successful resourcers typically earn the following
Year 1 OTE: £25,000+
Year 2 OTE: £35,000+
Year 3 OTE: £45,000+
Year 4 OTE: £55,000+
