Part Time Sales Support Adviser - 24 hours per week - West Hull - 9 month contract - to start ASAP

Your new company
Hays are working on behalf of a successful supply company in the West Hull area to recruit for an experienced and confident Sales Support Advisor. This is a fixed term contract for 9 months. Part time working Tuesday, Thursday -08.00-16.30 and Friday - 08.00-17.30

Your new role
As part of a small team and as the main customer liaison you will play a key part in executing excellent customer service to support organisational goals. You will be professional in all that you do and thrive in a busy customer focused and target driven environment. Key responsibilities will include sales order processing, schedule & planning of transport, collation of product documentation, import & export documentation and sales invoicing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be professional and proactive with previous experience of managing similar responsibilities. You will be a confident and clear communicator with excellent IT skills. You will be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages and ideally have previous experience of working with some form of sales based software.
