Contracts Manager (M&E) required to be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, servicing and/or renewal of Fire Systems and/or Equipment & the delivery of the accelerated FRA programme.
The successful candidate will systematically and efficiently manage the Fire Systems and/or Equipment budget(s), attending regular performance and financial review meetings, evaluating compliance and conformity and provide KPIs, operational performance and financial reports on a monthly basis and/or as required.
The position is with a London Housing Association working from a West London office. The role involves liaising with the Contractor(s), Consultant(s), and all other Operations Directorate departments as required to ensure all works are managed and completed in accordance with current regulation
