Receptionist, Prestigious Cosmetic Clinic, West London £22-25K

My client is a prestigious, Cosmetic Clinic based in Kensington who are currently looking for a well presented and professional career receptionist to join their growing friendly team.

You will be based Front of House providing exceptional customer service to all VIP clients ensuring they have a 5 star experience.

Responsibilities will include;

* First point of contact for all clients
* Meet and Greeting clients
* Announcing guests
* Offering refreshments
* Following appointment Confirmation procedures
* Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
* Answering all calls in a polite and timely manner
* Sorting and disturbing post
* Answering all general client queries
* Updating client confidential information onto the CRM

The successful candidate will be warm with proven reception experience, who is efficient and possess high attention to detail. This individual must be able to maintain professionalism when under pressure. You will also be proactive with a can do attitude.
