A high-profile, influential position that involves responsibilities across strategy implementation & further development, continuous service improvement and supporting IT-enabled Change, as well as business-critical project delivery and team leadership.

With a solid background of leading Operations Teams, the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with teams who are passionate about what they do, and will inspire and motivate them towards the achievement of the business vision.

Essential skills and experience:

* Solid track record of leading IT Operations teams, ideally in regulated environments
* Strong knowledge and experience of implementing/managing systems & infrastructures that are secure and highly-available, as well as incident and problem management
* Experience of implementing Cloud technologies is highly desirable
* Able to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
* ITIL -certified
