Project Manager

£75 - 80k + Car & Package

The Company

Our client is a Family-owned Regional Main Contractor with a strong presence in the West Midlands and a Group Turnover of £100m. They are considered 'Market Leaders' in the industrial market and have used this reputation to branch out into other market sectors such as: Hotel & Leisure, Local Authority & Education, Commercial and Residential Projects. Their healthy financial status enables them to take on projects up to £20m. They are now in a position whereby they have secured over £80m worth of construction projects for the next financial year and are looking to recruit in order to facilitate this natural business growth.

The Project Manager Role

The role has opened after being awarded a contract to build an £18m new-build Industrial Shed. You will be given overall responsibility for the project and will be accountable for all aspects of the build including client liaison. Our client is looking for an individual capable of driving a programme and managing a team of direct and indirect employees from a leadership front. Typical responsibilities will include:

* You will be responsible for all health and safety on site.
* Managing all quality inspections.
* Have ability to drive projects forward effectively
* Be ambitious and driven to achieve tight deadlines
* Manage cost, quality and time of the project with minimal support.

Benefits

You will have the opportunity to earn up to £80k basic salary per year with pay-reviews occurring on a 6-month basis. The package also includes a car/car allowance, private healthcare and an invitation into the company pension scheme
