On-site Recruitment Contract Manager
Welshpool


Staffline Group are looking for a Recruitment Contract Manager for one of our onsite clients in Welshpool, Montgomeryshire, Wales.

The role is primarily dealing with the daily welfare and management of our temporary workforce based from that site, as well as building & maintaining the company's relationship with the client.

A key aspect of the role will also involve the recruitment and resourcing of staff for this specific client.

Requirements will be;

* People management
* Excellent communication skills
* Daily payroll
* Booking of Staffline agency
* Administrative tasks
* Ability to maintain and develop a business relationship
* Problem solving

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to their work, a good understanding of Microsoft systems including Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience within food a manufacturing and customer facing environment is desirable but not essential. Attention to detail as key information will be generated and presented to client.

Working hours will be approximately 8am - 5pm with some possible weekend activity.
