This vibrant and modern restaurant in South Yorkshire is seeking a Head Chef to join the current brigade.

The property is a exciting Restaurant and Wine Bar serving authentic homemade dishes. The property is mainly focused on creating dishes from fresh produce, made with local ingredients. The right candidate will also have knowledge of menu writing, costing and budgeting.

Requirements for this Head Chef opportunity are:
Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
Handles pressure calmly and professionally
Applicants should be committed to the highest standards of cuisine, presentation and food preparation

Head Chef candidates for this position must have solid experience in a high end property. Applicants must be willing to learn and develop their skills in a new environment. Also, as Head Chef you must be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and take pride in your work.
