An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join one of the UK`s leading providers of care in their specialist service in Glasgow. The role holder will play a key part in the daily running of the hospital, working very closely with the hospital manager and MDT teams to deliver an exceptional standard of care to adults who have a primary diagnosis of mental disorder. The opportunity offers an excellent working environment with genuine career progression opportunities with a company at the top of their game.

Clinical Nurse Manager - Requirements-

- Nurse qualified - RMN, RNLD & RGN will all be considered.
- Must have a current, Valid NMC PIN.
- Ideally 2+ years` experience at management level.

Clinical Nurse Manager - Responsibilities-

- Working with the MDT to ensure that care provided is appropriate and relevant to the individual's care package
- Participating in pre-admission assessments, assessing client care requirements
- Provide safe and effective processes for the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of drugs
- Formulation and review of support plans
- Positively promote the home
- Participate in an on-call system to support the nurse in charge
- Participate in recruitment and supervision of staff
- Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
