We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer- Mechanically biased to work for a manufacturing organisation located in the Ilkeston area.

You will be an apprentice trained Mechanical Maintenance Engineer and will have experience of working within a manufacturing organisation.

THE DUTIES:
* Responsible for the Mechanical maintenance of all plant and machinery assisting with breakdowns, fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance.
* PPM's (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
* Project work.
*Demonstrate good working practices of Continuous Improvement and pro-activeness.
*Demonstrate good working practices and follow and promote stringent Health and Safety practices.
*Create reports and complete all relevant paperwork.
*Repairs and installation to mechanical equipment to include hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical drives and high speed equipment.
*Demonstrate good fault finding and diagnosis skills.

THE HOURS:
You will a rotating continental shift pattern.

THE PACKAGE:
You will be paid a basic salary of between £32,000 AND £37,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus outstanding company benefits
