Newstaff Employment Services are looking to recruit a B2B Telemarketing Executive based in Luton.

My client is a successful Sales and Marketing company based in Luton who provide business 2 business lead generation services to organisations across the UK and Ireland. The company has been established for 7 years and they continue to grow each year and are looking for an individual to join their exciting and vibrant team, with excellent career progression opportunities.

Unlike traditional telemarketing roles where you spend every day doing the same thing. My clients role involves YOU being responsible for delivering their service to their clients. You could have up to 5 different clients, therefore could be working on something different each day of the week, calling into a specific targeted database to generate new business opportunities for their clients. They do not call consumers, all of their clients are looking for you to help them establish long term business relationships. My client provides all the training and encouragement you need to help you develop your skills and become the very best you can be. They need someone who can build a relationship on the phone, uncover an opportunity and close for a meeting or a tender enquiry to pass to their client.

The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years telemarketing/telesales experience, but they would consider individuals who feel they are suitable for the role and have the required skills to succeed.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5. 20 days holidays (plus bank holidays) per year, which increase with length of service. My client also encourages to promote from within the company.

Benefits: OTE 30k

Price / Salary: £15000 - £18000/annum + OTE 30k
