I am excited to announce that a client of ours is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator. My client is based in Chineham, Basingstoke and is looking for someone to cover a member of staff who is on Maternity leave. This position could lead into a permanent role if all goes well.
Responsibilities:
* To assist in the activities of the Sales Department and in particular to support the field sales representatives in communication with their own customers.
* To provide information to customers regarding the Companys equipment in both verbal and written formats in such a way as to maximise the likelihood of a sale.
* To prepare quotations, letters, tenders and other direct communications on behalf of the Sales Director, The Sales Manager and the Sales Representatives.
* To maintain a good working relationship with each of the Sales Representatives and to undertake tasks on their behalf, as directed by the Sales Manager or Sales & Marketing Director, in order to maximise their time in front of customers and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Computer literate
* Customer service experience
* Strong phone manner
* Excellent communication skills
