English Teacher - Passionate and Supportive Headteacher

Salary: £23000 - £40000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

Our Client, a Good top school in Essex is seeking a Teacher of English on a contract for a January start. The position is a secure contract with the possibility of growing and developing within the school.

The school has a very passionate and suportive Head Teacher who has obtained a (OBE). This naturally encourages a strong and friendly envrionment. Whilst also allowing a teacher to be supported where necessary and be part of a progressive environemnt to creatively develop and improve your skill set.

The school has great facilities with bright classrooms and aesthetically pleasing building designs. What this means for you is whilst using state of the art resources you will also be teaching in positive classrooms with kids that are engaged and really be able to concentrate on your lesson. Additionally the school is good academically and through inspections; the last Ofsted report was 'Outstanding' so you will be entering a successful teaching environment. This will allow you to hone your skills and concentrate on your lesson instead of behaviour management.

As a English Teacher your responsibilities will be:

* To have a centre approach on focusing on individuals and understanding them

* Have opportunity to make a real and positive difference in someone else's life every day

* You will be supporting students within the learning and/or residential environment in order to promote each student's intellectual, physical, social, emotional and spiritual development.

Essential:

* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
* Experience/qualification related to subject area
