PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Payroll team in a leading company based in Coalville. The role is a 12month fix term contract to cover maternity leave.

BENEFITS:
Salary £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
Full time position 37.5 hours

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
* Working with Northgate Arinso Payroll system
* Processing of employee changes
* Manage weekly & monthly submissions from department managers (e.g. overtime, deductions, expenses, work patterns, absences etc)
* Administration of the self-service system
* Issuing communications to employees and assisting with queries
* Work closely with the HR department, Recruitment team and the wider Finance team
* Ensuring processes, procedures, manuals and user guides are up to date

THE CANDIDATE:
* Prior knowledge of payroll systems preferred but not essential
* Microsoft excel / word
* Payroll administration experience preferred
* Effective communication skills
* Time management
* Organisation skills
* Data entry skills
* Numerical
* Methodical
* Proactive

This position will be subject to a basic Disclosures and Barring Service check (DBS).
