My very well established corporate client based in Reading is looking for a Receptionist/ HR Administrator to join their company starting immediately on a temp to perm basis. This is a very well sought-after company to work for, with fantastic career opportunities.
This is a professional but fantastic place to work with full support and training given. We are looking to book interviews for this week with the successful candidate starting soon.
As a Receptionist/ HR Administrator, you will be:
* Acting as front of house and first point of contact for all people entering the building
* You will be presentable and friendly.
* You will support the HR and Operations department with paper work and admin
* You will have to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
* You will deal with queries and point people in the right direction as well as other general reception duties.
* You will be taking calls and re directing throughout the company and dealing with all enquiries
* Providing high levels of customer care at all times
* Responsible for areas of administration and providing support to internal team managers
* You will be assisting members of staff of all levels with enquiries
You will have:
· Brilliant organisational skills
. Knowledge or experience of working in a HR department
· Excellent admin skills
· Good timekeeping skills
