Our client is looking for a Telesales Representative to join their Andover based team.

The successful candidate must grow the customer base in line with the sales plan. They must also have knowledge of the market in order to help customers with product information and queries. Something to be aware of is that cold calling is a major part of the job.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
-Will include cold calls to customers gathering information and generating leads.
-Telemarketing existing and prospect clients.
-Managing data and tasks within a timely manner and tasks within a timely manner.
-Liaising with the sales team to understand the current market and sectors what should be targeted.
-Any administration tasks that the manager may set.
-Sell the client using a respectful, ethical and honest manner.
-Assist the Commercial Director with daily tasks, such booking CPD, appointments and diary management.
-Report to the marketing manager on a daily bases and on news and opportunities within the industry.

The ideal candidate should:
-Demonstrate good admin skills.
-Ability to hold a good conversation over the phone and in person (cold call)
-Build a relationship with clients and potential clients within a short amount of time over the phone.
-Be able to talk to clients on a basic technical level.
-Be customer orientated
