I am working on behalf of an award winning, reputable home care service provider that requires an experienced registered branch manager to oversee their branch in the Bromley area.
The Company:
This company is a leading provider of domiciliary / home care services and have approximately 50 branches across England Scotland and Wales.

This particular branch has been running for the past 2 & half years and is going from strength to strength. They are quality focused and always push to exceed expectations, both in the development of their staff and the care provided to their clients.
The role:
This role is based in their Bromley branch and is essentially a brand-new start-up and currently they are delivering around 250 hours / week. You will be managing around 14 carers. This branch hasn`t been inspected as of yet, so a good knowledge of CQC will be required to move the branch forward. As this is a new start-up, there will initially be a requirement to assist with on-call duties, recruitment of staff, coordinating rotas and delivering care.
The Person:
You will be a strong registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the elderly sector, as you will be required to hit the ground running.
You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively turn things around if required and maintain quality standards. You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area. NVQ level 4 is required as a minimum or working towards level 5, that said, relevant experience is most important.

The Salary:
Up to £35K + performance related bonuses & Excellent Benefits
