They are now recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their established team - this is a great opportunity for candidates who have previously worked within a customer facing role and who enjoy the challenge of delivering exceptional service.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm - some flexibility may be required.
Job Description
The Sales and Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for:
* Processing Sales orders
* Dealing with incoming customer enquiries
* Liaising with all departments to ensure smooth running of operations
* Supporting Account Managers
* Office administration tasks
Person Specification
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Customer focused
* Team working ability;
* IT skills - ability to use databases, email, word
* Strong administrative skills
* The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* A can do approach to work
