Working alongside an in-house agile technology team, the successful Project Manager is required to strategically organise, develop and implement a range of cutting-edge IT solutions managing projects from initial requirements through to completion. You will break down the tech-lingo and ensure all involved, including customers/clients understand the ins & outs of the projects, objectives, timescales, budgets, changes etc.

To be successful in your application, you should have the following:

- Commercial experience as a Project Manager ideally from a software, ecommerce & retail background (retail not essential, software a must)
- Strong understanding of IT project management, SDLC & agile methodology
- Worked closely with customers & internal departments from a project management capacity & have a passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent written & oral communication skills able to engage with customers at a high level
