Our Local Authority client based in Northamptonshire are currently looking for or highly motivated individuals who are performance focussed and driven to provide excellent customer service. You must demonstrate a flexible approach to delivering all aspects of pension administration including joiners, leavers, retirements, death benefits and record maintenance. This should be achieved whilst meeting the legislative requirements and critical deadlines across the Local Government Pension Scheme and Firefighters Pension Schemes.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience of working in a similar environment, where you have shown the ability to be calm under pressure and make timely decisions, would be an advantage. Full and comprehensive training will be provided to give you the skills and confidence you need to complete the role. The successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively through all available channels, to both members and colleagues alike.
