The Role - Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for a long term Graduate Teaching Assistant to support in the classrooms with the build up to this upcoming academic years GCSE and A Level results. A Graduate Teaching Assistant at this school will be required to share in depth subject knowledge with students, whilst also supporting small groups, and offering 1:1 support where needed. At this School, Graduate Teaching Assistants play a huge and important role in the development and achievements of all pupils. As a Teacher training school there is a great emphasis on running a successful and beneficial training and support system for all staff ensuring both pupils and staff receive outstanding quality support and learning every time. A successful Graduate Teaching Assistant must have great communications skills and boast high levels of enthusiasm that will push and develop students in their progression.
