Branch Manager
This Branch Manager role will be running a flagship depot You will have full responsibility for running the branch operationally in terms of profit and loss, asset management, and recruiting additional heads / training the existing staff. You must be financially and commercially driven with the enthusiasm and experience to develop this depot and move forward with significant investment.
* Management of staff within the Depot
* Produce monthly reports for the Operations Manager
* Maintain and exceed depot targets and KPIs
* Production of annual budgets
* Liaise with the sales representative within the depot to optimise efficiency
* Fully conversant with all aspects of Health & Safety procedures
* Continually improve standard while promoting the Company at all times
* Mentor staff alongside the HR Department, carrying out appraisals and salary reviews.
The Candidate
The successful Branch Manager will be a strong leader of people, as it will be your responsibility to grow your branch and team. Management experience is a pre-requisite of this role. You will need previous branch/depot management experience from a related hire background, preferable Plant/Tool, Access or Generators/non mechanical.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, verbal and written along with the ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks with confident and flexible attitudes at all times.
