Your new company

This Loughton based construction company carries out a wide range of building activities from New Build, High End Residential, Commercial, Structural and Enabling Works. They continue to develop and maintain their client base and offer new clients the high quality, well managed, respectful and client focused service that they were founded on 30 years ago.

Your new role

As a QS for this company you will be responsible for assisting in estimating, budget preparation, subcontractor payments, cash flow projections and general QS duties to give clear financial management of projects. This role is office based and site visiting. Working hours 8am - 5pm.
