My client is a UK leading and multiple award winning house builder they offer strong, stable, progressive and rewarding careers in house building.
I'm looking for an experienced Site Manager for a permanent position on a large development in the North Eastern region it's expected to complete 40 units per annum overall the site will consist of 150 units.
Requirements:
" Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid certificates
" MUST have house building experience
" High volume experience essential
" Private house building
" NHBC driven
If you're an experienced Site Manager with relevant house building experience, thrive under pressure and enjoy working to challenging targets and deadlines this could be an ideal opportunity
Price / Salary: £45000 - £52000/annum
