The Company:

Main duties:
Take part in a 360 degree marketing experience and will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across all categories
To raise the companys brand profile and drive sales

The Role:
- To shape the future of the brand in the UK
- To develop and implement marketing plans
- To oversee and manage the brand strategy
- To monitor PR budget
- To create and launch marketing communication plans
- To organise training seminarsfor the Sales team
- To be the key point of contact to retailers, buyers and marketing teams
- To prepare biweekly overview of KPIs of online sales and marketing
- To manage marketing yearly budget
- To follow up on weekly and monthly sales reporting

The Candidate:
- Fluent English & French (written and speakingl) is essential
- Previous experience in 360 degree marketing
- A proven track record working as a brand manager
- Innovative and creative
- Strong interest in beauty/cosmetics sector
- Commercially minded
- Excellent knowledge in digital and social media technology/channels
- Excellent project management skills and a problem solver
- Confident, proactive and dynamic

Salary: £40,000 pa + Benefits
