The Position
* Business critical sales role.
* Technical Sales Manager driving revenue streams across a region.
This role will require you to take responsibility for revenue and profit streams across your particular region. Dealing with M&E contractors, specifiers or architects it is important that you have the capability to influence the client and cross sell against the wide range of products in the portfolio.

Job Description
* Manage new and existing accounts to maximise revenue streams.
* Working closely with other facets of the business to ensure the customer experience is of a certain level.
* Developing leads via innovative and efficient business development.
* Cross sell against the product portfolio to become tier 1 supplier to customers and clients.
* Achieve pre agreed financial and activity metrics in line with your manager's expectations.
The Successful Candidate
* You will be currently working in a New Business Development role within in a Technical capacity.
* You will have experience of selling to M&E contractors, Specifiers or Architects.
* Good knowledge and understanding of the construction industry is important.
