Production Supervisor

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000

I am currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a bespoke packaging company as they look to further expand. Below are some of the details on this role:

Requirements
* Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment - packaging preferable
* Experience managing a team
* Ability to work effectively with management
* Excellence in project management and production supervising

What the Role Entails
* Prioritise workload and manage workflow
* Organize materials and staff in order to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standards
* Update supervisor on progress and any issues that arise
* Complete any paperwork required
* Report any workplace hazards or injuries
* Follow and comply with all safety regulations and enforce this with staff.
