The Siamo Group are recruiting for a strategic, commercially driven and operationally astute individual for this key position within a Lincoln based Social Enterprise organisation.

Reporting to the CEO, the function of this role is to provide a link between the leadership team and the rest of the business promoting cohesion and strategic harmony during the realisation of the businesses 5 year business strategy.

To be considered for this role, its essential that you have a background within a third sector organisation. The main responsibility of the role is to deliver growth within the business and manage the overall bidding process in the acquisition of new contracts and contract renewals.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Line management of a Business Growth assistant
* Working with all departments in the business to achieve growth
* Strategic planning in order to diversify the organisations brands and services
* Full accountability of the bidding process
* Ensuring the business and its activities remain compliant to legislative directives
* Strategic review of brand performance
