One of the Midlands biggest house builders are currently looking to expand, giving the opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, who has ambition to develop their career, a chance to join the team. The builder in question are currently going through a period of growth, aiming to nearly double their build numbers in the next 5 years.

Therefore they can offer an excellent progression path to the right candidate with a number of future opportunities that will inevitably open up if you are to hit the ground running and help towards reaching the target.

For the right candidate they can offer very competitive salaries of up to £35,000 dependant on experience plus an excellent car allowance and a bonus of up to 15% (which has been achieved for the past few years.)

Ideally you will be currently working for a house builder although this builder are more than happy to consider someone from a main contractor background.
