My client are an established sheet metal manufacturing firm in South Leicester. They are currently looking to recruit a Welding and Fabrication Supervisor / Manager / Team Leader with excellent man-management skills.

The Role:

- Leading the Fabrication workshop
- Planning work and staffing levels, based on orders
- Managing individuals and any issues which may arise
- Checking quality of parts
- Working to meet tight deadlines
- Using own initiative
- Working on Day Shifts however flexibility is required

Skills and Experience Required:

- Supervising a team of Welders and Fabricators
- Previously worked within a fast-paced manufactuing company
- Experience of Welding and Fabrication on sheet metal
- Able to motivate others and manage individual characters
- Able to commute to South Leicester
- You must be hard working and able to work under pressure

The Package:

- Starting salary up to £30k per annum
- Free onsite parking
- Pension
