Our client, one of the top construction companies that has a proven track record of delivering quality housing projects is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Established over four decades ago, a company is continuing its ambitious growth plans and is looking for someone to be able to agree commercial strategy and contractual issues.

As a highly motivated individual with an analytical mind, you will be managing a commercial team, working on a project based in North London and Hertfordshire areas. The project would require you to have previous experience working within the new build residential environment with a value ranging between £10-30m. As a commercial lead, the duties would involve you working on site and also give you the chance to manage more junior staff and influence the whole construction process.

With the diversity of the projects the company does, you will be looking to join a reliable family-owned business that is capable of managing the most complex of challenges. The role is very rewarding in terms of up to £70K base salary and a full package.
