Service Advisor - Motorhome Dealership - Eastleigh

Alecto Recruitment currently have a new oppotunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy franchise Motorhome and Caravan dealership based in Eastleigh.

Previously experience within the Motor Trade is essential for this position, along with excellent customer service skills. Our client is seeking an ethusiastic and professional individual who is able to work well in their AftersalesTeam.

The Role
As a Service Advisor you will be a key part of the dealership, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with workshop and retail customers face to face or over the phone. A Warranty and Service Advisor will need to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are promptly dealt with, providing advice and communicating vehicle progress and any potential complications.

Role Requirements

To be a success in this role, you will have:

* Experience in the Warranty Department of a Car, Commercial Vehicle or Motorhome Dealership
* Effective communication skills
* Commitment to delivering customer excellence
* A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
* An aptitude for learning technical information
* Previous experience in a target driven role or with 'upsell' targets
* A full, clean driving license is essential

Package

* Up to £20,000
* Bonus Scheme
* Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
* Saturdays on a rota basis
